Kelly holds an M.S. Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (MSCIA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (BA). Rein is also a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and has completed on-site training with the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at Idaho National Labs where he received certifications in Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity and Industrial Control System Cybersecurity Analysis and Evaluation.
